Experiment 1 — Maths

This is an experiment.

Given an integer k1, and a function f:D (where D), we have that for any x,x0D, as long as all of its first k+1 derivatives exist and all, along with f itself, are continuous on an interval that includes both x and x0,

f(x)=f^k(x)+ek+1(x,x0),

where

f^k(x)=i=0kf(i)(x0)i!(xx0)i

and

ek+1(x,x0)=f(k+1)(ξ)(k+1)!(xx0)k+1

for some ξ(x,x0).
